Andrew equips his audience with the ability to avoid the blame mentality, and increase engagement, empowerment and creativity.
Self Leadership starts with translating intentions into appropriate actions. Then, once action has been taken it is necessary to be receptive to the feedback that the world will give in response to action/s. The quality of the feedback is essential – the sooner you become aware, the sooner you can make adjustments. Self Leadership enables you to override conditioned filters that cause you to interpret feedback as criticism.
